Report a repair
You can report a repair in a number of ways:
• In person at our reception.
• By phone on 0800 694 0434.
• Online using the icons below.
To report a repair online, begin by simply telling us where in your property the fault is by clicking on the appropriate icon below. For example, if there's a problem with one of your bedroom windows then click the Bedroom icon. If the fault doesn't fit into one of the areas shown, please use the Other icon.
