Our Opening Hours are Changing
From 1st November 2017 our opening hours are changing as follows:
Monday 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 9am to 1pm
Wednesday 9am to 1pm
Thursday 9am to 1pm
Friday 9am to 4pm
On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons we will still be responding to enquiries through our website and emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. Even after these changes we will have longer opening hours than most other local housing organisations. At all times you will still be able to log emergency repairs by calling our main number 01782 252575 or 0800 694 0434.
These changes will enable us to prepare for the new systems we are introducing next year which will allow you to manage your tenancy online, from reviewing your balance, viewing a rent statement through to tracking a repair.
